Your mat will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, and DHL within 2-7 business days of purchase. 

Worldwide Shipping ✈️

Our mats are shipped worldwide 🌎 via UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and will be delivered within 7-21 business days of purchase. 

ELEMATZ is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other third parties, however, please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.

ELEMATZ is not responsible for any duties, import fees, or any other charges associated with importing goods into your country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, then get in touch for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

A member of our team will be in touch shortly to assist.

We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear.

WHICH ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Items purchased in the last 30 days.

They must be unworn and unaltered. With the packaging still attached. Postage is not refundable.

Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

For exchanges, the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged items is at the customer's expense.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE?

Clearance / Sale Items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable during a sale, refunds will be processed automatically.
